Macleods Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join their sales team as Medical Representatives for the Nairobi and Mombasa regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies within your assigned territory.
• Achieve territory sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, clinical officers, and pharmacists.
• Conduct product presentations and deliver scientific information effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and compile periodic feedback reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical field.
• Education: A background in Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
