Responsibilities or duties

Business Development and Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for healthcare services.
  • Generate leads and secure partnerships with healthcare professionals and individual clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets.
  • Conduct client presentations and service demonstrations to prospective clients.

Service Promotion and Brand Awareness

  • Promote Evolve Well Healthcare’s services, wellness programs, diagnostics, health screenings, and preventive care initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in health camps, medical outreaches, wellness events, and corporate health awareness programs.
  • Increase brand visibility through strategic networking and stakeholder engagement.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and referral partners.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Corporate Healthcare Partnerships

  • Market corporate medical packages, occupational health services, annual medical check-ups, and employee wellness programs.
  • Negotiate service agreements and contracts with corporate organizations.
  • Coordinate implementation of healthcare programs for corporate clients.

Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning

  • Conduct market research to identify healthcare trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and support the development of new healthcare solutions.

Sales Reporting and Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Update CRM systems and sales databases with relevant client information.
  • Track performance against established sales targets and KPIs.

Community Engagement and Outreach

  • Represent well healthcare at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and community forums.
  • Build strategic partnerships that enhance community access to healthcare services.
  • Support community health education initiatives and awareness campaigns.

Compliance and Professional Conduct

  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, ethical marketing practices, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
  • Uphold the professional image and values of Well Healthcare at all times.

Continuous Learning and Professional Development

  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, healthcare financing, insurance products, and wellness programs.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship management skills.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience needed

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, business development, or a related role.

Experience selling healthcare services, wellness programs, diagnostics, or corporate healthcare solutions is an added advantage.
