We are passionate about crafting wholesome, high-quality foods from nature's bounty — and we're looking for a dynamic Merchandizer to be the face of our brand in retail outlets.

About the Role

The Merchandizer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales performance, and customer service across assigned consignment stores. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, engaging customers, managing stock, and driving sales through excellent product presentation and service.

• Manage daily merchandising activities to improve sales performance
• Display products attractively to maximize visibility, awareness, and sales
• Ensure correct product labeling (prices, dates) and strict adherence to FIFO
• Monitor stock levels and conduct accurate stock control and reporting
• Receive, unload, stock, rotate, and store products appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and neat presentation of counters and storage areas
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Build strong relationships with retail outlet teams and customers
• Train new staff on company policies, product handling, and sales guidelines
• Implement sales promotions and initiatives to drive demand
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Brown's Food Co. brand positively
• Support sales targets and stock accountability
• Conduct customer and market surveys in assigned outlets
• Analyze sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends
• Provide timely and accurate reports to Management
• Stay updated on merchandising best practices and industry trends

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Proven experience in merchandising or retail sales- preference for FMCG
