Sheffield Steel Systems Limited – Mid-Level Sales Managers

We are looking in for 2 Mid-Level Sales Managers to be based at Nairobi who can possibly take Future Leadership Roles either in Regional Offices or in Nairobi HO.
Looking in for Candidates from Similar Industry or Candidates who have Experience in Equipment/Project Sales and preferably some Experience of managing Small Sales Teams.
Candidates Can be Qualified Engineers or Business Admin Graduates.

Requirement as follows:
1. 2 years work experience
2. Known track record of sales and project management

Job Description:
1 Meeting Monthly , Quarterly and Annually Targeted Numbers.
2 Maximizing the Traction of Business from Existing assigned Key Accounts on regular basis
3 Maintaining Excellent Business Relations with Key Accounts for smooth business operations.
4 Providing End to end Solutions ( Sales , Installation, Commercial & Service ) to key accounts.
5 Generation of Leads and Prospecting for New Customers.
6 Adding New Key accounts in
7 Extensive Coverage of Assigned Market Segment / Territory.
8 Understanding the requirements & Needs of Customers. Analytical ability.
9 Learn the Technical Details of all of our Product Categories.
10 Meet the prospective Customer and advising / Suggesting him on Product or Solution.
11 Prioritizing, Meeting and Following up with the Prospects regularly.
12 Visiting the Customer’s sites.
13 Working closely with Design & Marketing Team.
14 Keep a close eye on Market Intelligence .
15 Track & Monitor individual Work on day to day basis.
16 Preparing and Presenting the Business Reports on regular basis.
17 Sales Forecasting and Sales Projection.
18 Up Sell to increase the Ticket and Profitability when necessary.
19 Pricing & Quotations.
20 Undertaking Periodical Product / Sales Training and Self Development Plan.
21 Acting as Mentor for New Sales Executives / Sales Trainees and developing the resource as an asset to the organization.
22 Managing the Sales Team , Achieving the Collective / Overall Sales Target of Team and Team’s Productivity.
23 Reporting to Management.
