Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages

Create and develop drink recipes

Maintain bar inventory and stock levels

Ensure bar cleanliness and hygiene standards

Serve guests in a professional manner

Recommend drinks to guests

Manage bar equipment and tools

Monitor beverage quality and presentation

Control wastage and bar costs

Process guest orders accurately

Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws

Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams

Maintain bar menu updates

Handle guest complaints professionally

Skills & Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Mixology, Hospitality, or related field

At least 2–3 years’ experience as a mixologist or bartender

Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages

Experience in luxury hotel or high-end bar preferred

Good customer service skills

Knowledge of bar operations and inventory control

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Creativity in drink preparation

Strong customer service skills

High attention to detail

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Team player attitude

High level of professionalism
