Mixologist
Job Summary

The Mixologist will prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages while creating an outstanding bar experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Develop creative cocktail recipes.
  • Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor stock levels and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain beverage quality standards.
  • Train junior bar staff where necessary.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Bartending, or related field.
  • Professional bartending certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or mixologist.

Skills
