The Modern Trade Merchandiser will ensure effective placement, visibility, and availability of Steam Energy Drinks across modern trade outlets in Mombasa. The role focuses on merchandising excellence, promotional execution, and driving sales growth through collaboration with retail partners.

Ensure products are well displayed, clean, and accessible. Maintain optimal shelf share and ensure full SKU availability. Implement in-store promotions and ensure planogram compliance. Monitor pricing and JBP (Joint Business Plan) adherence. Conduct daily store visits and identify new outlet opportunities. Support marketing through effective POS materials and communication.
Strong communication (English & Swahili) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work independently. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance incentives. Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, leading beverage company. Supportive and dynamic work environment.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–2 years’ experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG (preferred).
