Job Summary:

Talanta Kenya is seeking an experienced and results-driven Modern Trade Supervisor to lead a team of merchandisers and drive brand visibility, sales, and execution in key Modern Trade chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 5–15 merchandisers/promoters.
• Drive brand visibility, sales, and execution in Modern Trade chains.
• Manage relationships with key Modern Trade accounts: Naivas, Carrefour, Quickmart, Chandarana, Cleanshelf.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and sales targets.
• Prepare reports and provide market insights.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree is an added advantage.
• 3–4 years FMCG field sales/merchandising experience, with 1–2 years specifically in Modern Trade.
• Proven experience handling Modern Trade accounts: Naivas, Carrefour, Quickmart, Chandarana, Cleanshelf.
• Experience supervising a team of 5–15 merchandisers/promoters.
• Strong FMCG background is required.
