JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The MEL Officer will lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across Docubox’s General Call and programmatic work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement impact evaluation frameworks
- Track festival and distribution outcomes
- Evaluate capacity building programs for filmmakers
- Develop data visualizations across themes, gender, and categories
- Support organizational learning and strategy development
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in M&E (arts, media, or NGO sector preferred)
- Experience with SBCC or narrative impact frameworks
- Strong qualitative and quantitative data skills
- Understanding of East African film/documentary ecosystem
Contract:
- 1-year fixed term (renewable based on performance)
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
