  • Pursuing or completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Planning and Management, or Information Technology (IT).
  • Basic computer/smartphone literacy (comfortable with spreadsheets or simple data entry).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
