Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer

The Role: Track program data by designing simple attendance sheets, recording the number of students reached, and documenting feedback and success stories.

Requirements:

• Location: Must be based in or around Nyahururu town to track field activities physically.
• Pursuing or completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Planning and Management, or Information Technology (IT).
• Basic computer/smartphone literacy (comfortable with spreadsheets or simple data entry).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
