Responsibilities
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing M&E frameworks and tools for projects.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project data.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of M&E data.
- Providing M&E support to project teams.
- Contributing to the development of project proposals and reports.
- Participating in M&E capacity building activities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Development Studies.
- At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of health or development projects.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in M&E software and tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, DHIS2).
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
