Qualifications or Requirements
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have minimum 5 years experience in motor vehicle sales, preferably in a busy dealership environment
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, Commerce, or related field
- Possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Have strong business development skills and an established client network
- Hold a valid motor vehicle driving license
- Understand motor vehicle importation and registration procedures in Kenya (NTSA, KRA, duty requirements, logbook processing) – added advantage
Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both imported and locally used vehicles
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Leverage your existing business contacts to generate consistent sales leads
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and closing processes
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
- Ensure compliance with motor vehicle importation and registration procedures
