Our client is a a medium-sized motor vehicle dealer selling imported and locally used vehicles
The motor vehicle-sales supervisor will oversee and drive vehicle sales operations for a medium-sized dealership dealing in both imported and locally used motor vehicles. The role requires a results-driven, go-getter professional with strong leadership ability, excellent sales expertise, and solid business networks within the motor industry. The successful candidate will supervise the sales team, grow revenue, expand market share, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelors degree in sales & marketing, business administration, automotive management, commerce or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and
- Exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business development skills and established client network.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license. Knowledge of motor vehicle importation and registration procedures in kenya is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in motor vehicle sales, preferably in a busy dealership environment.
Salary: attractive retainer salary + sales commissions for every unit sold and other company benefits
Main responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both imported and locally used vehicles.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. Leverage existing business contacts and networks to generate consistent sales leads.
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and closing processes.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for Management.
- Ensure compliance with motor
- Vehicle importation and registration procedures in kenya (ntsa processes, kra documentation, duty Requirements, logbook processing, etc).
