WE ARE HIRING

African Institute of Research and Development Studies (AIRADS) is seeking to fill the following positions for the Jan/Feb 2026 Intake.

Available Positions:

• 1. Electrical Engineering - Power Option Trainers
• 2. Clinical Nurse Instructors
• 3. Hairdressing/Beauty Therapy Trainers
• 4. Driving School and Plant Operator Instructors
• 5. Water Engineering/Plumbing Trainers
• 6. Automotive Engineering Trainers
• 7. Building Construction Technology Trainers

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma with Pedagogical training in the relevant field.
• At least 2 years teaching experience for all positions.
• For Plant operators, should be able to operate at least two (2) Plants of Difficult rating C.
• Valid driving license/Instructor License for Driving school/Plant Operators.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Computer Literacy.
• Clinical Nurses Instructors should have a valid registration Certificate from Nursing Council of Kenya.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
