• Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Achieve and exceed annual and seasonal sales targets across Kenya
• Lead, manage, and mentor Regional Sales Managers and field sales teams
• Build and strengthen distributor/dealer networks nationwide
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product penetration
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and farmer engagement programs
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics
• Ensure effective demand forecasting and coordinate with supply chain for stock availability
• Drive collections and maintain healthy receivables across regions
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and management presentations

• Good Communication skills in English

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Related Field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Agrochemical Sales, with leadership experience
• Prior experience in the Kenya or East African agricultural market preferred
