NETWORK OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

The Network Operations Executive will coordinate and monitor day-to-day network operations, ensuring that operational activities run efficiently and that issues affecting customers, vehicles, energy infrastructure, or field teams are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily network operations and identify operational issues.
  • Coordinate field teams and support timely resolution of incidents.
  • Monitor the availability and performance of network assets.
  • Track operational incidents and ensure they are properly recorded and resolved.
  • Coordinate with technicians, electricians, riders, and other field teams.
  • Monitor service levels and operational performance.
  • Prepare daily and periodic operational reports.
  • Identify recurring operational problems and recommend improvements.
  • Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate management team.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
  • Support implementation of operational procedures and standards.
  • Ensure customer and field-service issues are addressed promptly.
  • Work with other departments to improve network efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, network operations, or a similar environment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good computer and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
