Job Summary:

Brites Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Product Development (NPD) Production Manager to lead and manage the development, trial production, and successful commercialization of new products. The ideal candidate will coordinate product innovation, production processes, quality standards, and operational readiness to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization.
• Coordinate product innovation and production processes.
• Ensure quality standards and operational readiness.
• Manage trial production and scale-up activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
• Monitor and report on project progress and milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Food Science, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in production management, product development, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing and new product commercialization.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
