Responsibilities

The Night Manager will be responsible for:

• Supervising all hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise.
• Managing and motivating the night staff.
• Handling emergency situations and implementing appropriate procedures.
• Overseeing front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
