About the job
Silafrica Plastic Packaging International Ltd (SPPIL) is seeking to interest, a lady with strong Commercial and HR orientation to the role of a Non-Executive Director which has arisen within the SPPIL Board.

Suitable candidate should have expertise or skills in most of the following listed areas:
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ leadership experience, preferably (but not necessarily) in manufacturing businesses
• Strong International work experience and networks
• Professional and with local geographic work experience in one or more of the Countries of SPPIL’s operations.
• Demonstrated Private sector experience within the Region of SPPIL operations
• Strong Commercial & HR experience preferably within Manufacturing industry
• Financially literate (Finance, audit, or accountancy skills or experience)
