We are looking to recruit highly ambitious, self-driven, motivated and talented Non-Motor Unit Managers. The individuals will recruit and effectively manage a unit of sales agents to offer non-motor insurance products.

  • Identify, recruit and mentor a high caliber of intermediaries to acquire non-motor insurance business
  • Motivate, supervise, and assist the team of intermediaries in promoting the growth & development of non-motor insurance business
  • Identify markets and introduce the company's non-motor products to existing & new clients
  • Business related Diploma or Degree
  • At least two years experience in general insurance sales
  • Must have completed Certificate of Proficiency (C.O.P)
