JOB DETAILS:
Nurse In-Charge will plan, organize, coordinate and supervise inpatient and outpatient nursing services to ensure high standards of nursing care in line with hospital policies, procedures and quality standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing; a degree in Nursing will be an added advantage.
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
- Excellent clinical, customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: associate degree
