We are lookng for nurses who shall be responsible to the immediate supervisor/ HOD for implementation of nursing services in the Hospital. He/she must be good in:

Customer care

Housekeeping

Patient care

Promote HMIS implementation

What You Will Do

Professionally, humbly listen to stranded clients and offer assistance where necessary or personally escort client to the relevant office for assistance

Facilitate and implement housekeeping duties that include general cleanliness, supply of clean well ironed beddings, uniform and provision of nets. He/She shall regularly inspect areas within their department to ensure highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.

Facilitate and implement bed and room preparation before a patient is admitted within shortest time possible

Coordinate, facilitate and implement treatment and monitoring protocols in a timely manner to ensure accurate and prompt patient care is offered as per physician direction

To offer solutions to problems within the department in collaboration with your supervisor

Supervision, task and subtask allocation to Subordinate staffs under your department

Facilitate and link patients/relatives to the primary Medical Officer who require more information on treatment progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a registered nurse

Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

BSc or other diploma from a nursing program

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

Valid nursing license
