Cladwell Medical Centre is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering excellent medical services. We are currently seeking to fill the following positions to join our dedicated team:
NURSE
Job Purpose
The Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients, support treatment plans, promote patient safety, and contribute to quality healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and provide appropriate nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' conditions and record clinical observations.
- Assist doctors and clinical officers during consultations and procedures.
- Provide wound care, health education, and patient counselling.
- Maintain accurate and confidential nursing records.
- Promote infection prevention and control practices.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Educate patients and families on treatment, medication, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Participate in health promotion and preventive-care activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the clinical supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration and practising licence.
- Previous clinical experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Compassionate, ethical, and professional approach to healthcare.
