Qualifications or requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
