About the Role
This is a leadership position within a nursing educational institution.
Responsibilities
The principal will be responsible for academic administration, curriculum implementation, student management, and clinical coordination.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or Health Sciences. A Master's Degree is an added advantage. Registration and licensure by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) are mandatory, along with a valid practicing license. Training in education management/leadership is also an advantage. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in nursing education or healthcare training is required, with proven experience in academic administration, curriculum implementation, student management, and clinical coordination.
