JOB DETAILS:
ROLE SUMMARY
To provide day-to-day leadership, clinical oversight and operational coordination of nursing services to ensure safe, timely, patient-centred, compliant and financially sustainable nursing care delivery while supporting patient experience, quality improvement, staff capability and workforce stability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) License.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
- Minimum five (5) years nursing experience with Two (2) Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Professional integrity, confidentiality and accountability
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
