JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, demonstrations, and clinical instruction in line with the NCK approved curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Supervise students during clinical practice in hospital/healthcare settings.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Uphold Catholic values, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in teaching and service.
• Mentor and support students in academic, professional, and personal growth.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from a recognized institution.
• A Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Education or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Registration and valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in nursing.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
