Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education or Educational Technology is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including faculty, students, and administrative staff
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and able to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Experience in customer service or student support, particularly in an educational setting, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is highly desirable
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing technologies and educational practices.
  • Knowledge of educational technology trends, distance learning best practices, and current industry standards.
  • Previous experience in eLearning, instructional design, or distance education coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using eLearning tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative software.
  • Remote work options may be available depending on institutional policies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours based on program needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination and SupportCoordinate and oversee the development, delivery, and assessment of ODeL courses. • Liaise between faculty, students, and administration to ensure the smooth operation of the ODeL programs.
  • Student Support: Coordinate and oversee the development, delivery, and assessment of ODeL courses
  • Technical Support: Develop and maintain communication channels to ensure students receive timely updates and support
  • Faculty Engagement and Training: Provide technical assistance to faculty and students using the ODeL platform, ensuring smooth access to course materials, assessments, and tools
  • Administrative and Logistical Support:Assist in the training and support of faculty members in the use of ODeL platforms and tools.
