Premier Hospital is an 82 bed specialized hospital located in Nyali, Mombasa offering high quality emergency, outpatient and inpatient care. OPD & A&E will coordinate, supervise and deliver quality nursing care in the Outpatient and Accident & Emergency Departments, ensuring effective resource management, adherence to clinical standards and a positive patient experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role, preferably in OPD/A&E.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
  • Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) is an added advantage
  • Coordinate, supervise and deliver quality nursing care in the Outpatient and Accident & Emergency Departments.
