We are looking for a technically minded, hands-on and motivated Orthopaedic & Spine Theatre Technician to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an operating theatre, particularly in orthopaedic and/or spinal surgery, with a good understanding of surgical procedures, implants and instrumentation.

? YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

• Providing technical product support to surgeons and theatre teams during orthopaedic and spinal surgical procedures.
• Supporting the preparation and selection of surgical instruments, implants and equipment for surgical cases.
• Providing guidance on the use and application of specialised orthopaedic and spinal surgical products.
• Working closely with surgeons and clinical teams to support the effective use of surgical solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and healthcare professionals.
• Supporting product demonstrations, education and training on specialised surgical products.
• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are available for scheduled surgical procedures.

? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience working in an operating theatre or supporting surgical procedures.
• Experience or exposure to orthopaedic and/or spinal surgery.
• Knowledge of orthopaedic implants, spinal implants and surgical instrumentation.
• Understanding of surgical procedures and operating theatre workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with surgeons and theatre teams.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating theatre environment.
