Aminika Manpower Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin with an accounts background to join our client's team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general office administration and secretarial support.
  • Handle accounts-related tasks including data entry, invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial records and filing systems in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Prepare basic accounting reports and summaries.
  • Manage office supplies, correspondence and scheduling.
  • Support budget tracking and expense monitoring.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams professionally.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in an office administration role with an accounts background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must).
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • Honest, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
