Duties;

Cleaning Duties:

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, windows, and office equipment
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Refill restroom and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness of all meeting rooms before and after use
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

Tea Girl Duties:

  • Prepare and serve tea to the staff and visitor
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen area and utensils used.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and food safety practices
  • Wash and store utensils, cups, glasses, and other items after use.
  • Dispose of used items and kitchen waste properly.
  • Monitor stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and other supplies.
  • Inform the finance and administration manager when replenishment is needed. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience as an office assistant
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good personal hygiene and grooming
  • Friendly and polite, with a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
