Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and improve organizational processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including client service, task tracking, turnaround and closure.
  • Liaise with department leads to harmonise budgets, reduce costs, and examine processes to improve overall company profitability.
  • Supervise, and mentor employees, while fostering a productive work environment with high levels of integrity, excellence and client service.
  • Collaborate with all department leads to formulate and implement new client acquisition and retention strategies and products.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, health and safety standards, and maintain quality control.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business operations, team alignment and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, KPIs tracking, collaborative working and productivity tools/platform.
  • Proven skills in developing proposals, completing bids/ tenders and client acquisition documentation.
  • Detail oriented, well organized and able to create quality deliverables in a fast-paced work environment under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Membership in a professional society will be an added advantage.
