We are hiring an Office Secretary.

Background: PowerVision Consultancy is a firm specializing in Business & HR Services, dedicated to helping businesses grow. We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle document processing and filing.
  • Provide support in office administration and management.
  • Assist with financial accounting, cost accounting, and commerce-related tasks.
  • Ensure efficient office procedures and secretarial duties are performed.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multitasking effectively in a busy office setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Study or Business-related Course.
  • Proficiency in computerized document processing.
  • Knowledge of Office Administration & Management.
  • Understanding of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Commerce, Office Procedures, and Secretarial Duties.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
