Responsibilities or duties
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of policies, projects, and programs.
- Develop and review M&E tools, systems, and procedures.
- Compile program progress reports.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports.
- Collect, clean, and analyze courts’ caseload data.
- Maintain courts’ caseload databases.
- Conduct feasibility studies, surveys, and research.
- Support organizational productivity and quality assurance initiatives.
- Assist in developing SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
- Identify and implement service delivery innovations.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Project Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Course in management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution.
