Our client, Game mania, an online sports betting company, is looking to hire Online Marketer for their operations, based in Nairobi.

REQUIREMENTS:

Identify and target specific markets and prepare online content using the following social media platforms; TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.

Develop systems for following up on viewership and online presence, giving monthly status reports

Develop financial objectives, forecasts, and business plans to meet targets.

Manage marketing budget effectively and allocate resources in line with priorities.

Continuously track and evaluate performance to ensure business goals are achieved.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring open communication and satisfaction.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Educational background: Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related study.

EXPERIENCE

Must have at least 2 years’ proven experience in online content creation. Creative with story-telling abilities
