Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Operations Lead to oversee and optimize their biomass briquette production and supply chain operations. The role is critical in ensuring efficient production, strong quality control, reliable raw material sourcing, and timely distribution of products to customers.

• Financial & Cost Control Support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or agro-processing.
• Experience in startups or resource-constrained environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent operational planning and execution abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
