Our client is in the Hospitality Industry seeking to hire:
Operations Manager
Job location: Arusha

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality,
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational management.
• Strong understanding of both domestic and international markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in management systems, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: bachelor degree
