Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily business operations across all departments.
  • Supervise and support departmental heads in Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Strengthen company systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain key customer and supplier relationships to ensure business sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, financial, and statutory requirements.
  • Champion a culture of performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field;
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in FMCG or distribution operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and proven experience overseeing multi-departmental functions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
