OPERATIONS MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Experience in microfinance or lending operations is a must
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor loan repayments and analyze daily operational reports
• Ensure lending procedures comply with organizational policies
• Enforce delinquency management and recovery strategies
• Conduct field visits to monitor operations
• Maintain a strong and high-quality loan portfolio
• Appraise Business Development Officers quarterly
• Develop credit scoring and recovery monitoring systems
• Train staff on loan procedures and operational efficiency
