Company Overview

Lattice Security Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to manage day-to-day activities across various departments, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and resources are used effectively. The successful candidate will manage both human and material resources, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across various departments.
• Oversee human and material resources, including hiring, training, inventory management, and equipment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process streamlining strategies.
• Maintain high quality standards across all operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business strategy development with senior management.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have Security Services experience or any related service industry.
• Degree/Diploma in Security or any Management Field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
