Job Summary:

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role provides leadership across all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security, while ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate and supervise operational department heads.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
  • Support staff training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant hotel operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
