JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management.
- At least 3 years in a senior supervisory or management role within a reputable hotel.
- Proficiency in hospitality systems (PMS, POS, housekeeping modules).
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of guest service principles and operational SOPs.
Duties:
- Operational Execution & Supervision.
- Staff Oversight and Discipline.
- Guest Relations & Service Delivery.
- Stock Monitoring & Resource Use.
- Reporting & Escalation.
