About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, managing staff, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Overseeing the budget and financial performance of the facility.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in healthcare management or operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the healthcare sector is required.
