About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, managing staff, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

Qualifications

- Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the healthcare sector is required.
