Overall Purpose

The role is responsible for achieving sales volume and value targets, driving market share, and managing/servicing existing outlets while prospecting for new accounts to build long-term relationships and increase revenue.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Targets: Achieve set secondary sales targets by adhering to journey plans for maximum retail distribution.

Market Coverage: Ensure product availability, affordability, and accessibility in the assigned territory.

Account Management: Achieve customer call rate targets, recruit new outlets, and expand portfolio availability.

Merchandising: Meet merchandising objectives in both cold and ambient spaces.

Activations: Identify, negotiate, and execute promotions and tastings in line with sales plans.

Resource Management: Manage customer cash and credit resources to drive growth and monitor company assets like vehicles.

Reporting & Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and submit accurate, timely reports to the Territory Manager.

Expected Skills & Qualifications

Education: Degree, diploma, or certificate in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience, preferably handling electronics (TVs, sub-woofers, microwaves, etc.).

Trade Knowledge: Proven experience in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) business.

Competencies: Proficient in customer relationship management, troubleshooting, and working under high-pressure, high-accountability environments.

Availability: Must be available immediately.
