• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Train and supervise cafe staff.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
