Outlets Supervisor

Job Summary

The Outlets Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient sales operations, proper stock management, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise outlet staff and daily operations.
• Monitor sales performance against targets.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and available.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle customer concerns and operational challenges.
• Ensure proper cash-handling and daily reconciliation procedures.
• Prepare daily and periodic outlet performance reports.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coach and motivate outlet employees.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail, FMCG, or food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and stock control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
