Background

CALIYA JEWELRY is a growing brand looking for a Page Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

Communicate daily with management

Take clear photos and short videos of products

Send the photos & videos daily to the manager for editing

Reply to customer messages and inquiries

Take online orders and follow up with customers

Post provided content daily

Content ideas, captions, editing, and posting schedule are provided by management

Qualifications

KCSE certificate (minimum).

Good communication & customer.

Service skills.

Comfortable using a phone camera.

Familiar with Instagram.

Willing to learn.

Available online during work hours.

Work hours: 10am-7 pm (Sat 4 pm).

Bonus

Piercing knowledge with piercings yourself.

Preferably living In Langata, Nairobi West Ngong Road, Rongai, Karen & Environs.
