Background
The job holder will actualize the PR, Communications and Marketing vision for AA Kenya and focus on aligning all aspects of public relations, brand visibility and reputation management with the strategic direction of AA Kenya. The position demands leadership, program planning, fiscal accountability, communications and marketing expertise, and experience with metrics, reporting and performance management. You will lead initiatives and support a collaborative culture within the AA Kenya and its stakeholders. As a member of the Leadership Team, the position holder will provide high-quality strategic advice and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the communications and strategic marketing direction for AA Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy development and execution.
- Marketing and Research.
- Digital marketing and Innovation Support.
- Auto news Magazine Production.
- Business Development.
- Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagements.
Minimum job requirements:
For appointment to this position, one must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing or any related field.
- Qualified chartered marketer will be an added advantage.
- At least 7 years’ experience preferably in a reputable firm, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- A track record of developing and leading teams to successful delivery of tangible value in a dynamic business environment.
- High level of commercial awareness and capacity to leverage on expertise in order to generate sales.
