JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years proven experience in production management, preferably in the bakery industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and use of ERP (SAP preferably) software
